Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of deutsche training sales- and management-training GmbH

  1. An order is considered placed when a written confirmation from the client is received or if a written order confirmation from deutsche training is not objected to within 14 days of the dispatch date (the date of the email or postmark applies).
  2. Cancellation of seminar measures. The order placement results in a definitive commitment of personnel capacity for the agreed dates at deutsche training, which can no longer be planned and allocated for other customer orders. Therefore, in the event of a cancellation of firmly agreed measure dates by the customer, deutsche training must charge the following costs:
    • up to one month before the execution date 100% of the respective order value
    • up to two months before the execution date 75% of the respective order value
    • up to three months before the execution date 50% of the respective order value

    The cancellation must be made by email or business letter. If a date needs to be postponed at the customer’s request, but its realization is possible in the short term (usually within the same calendar month) from both sides, no cancellation fees will be charged.

  3. For seminar preparation, deutsche training requires the following information approximately two weeks before the seminar begins:
    • Seminar hotel or venue (hotel of your choice)
    • Participant list
  4. Any changes to the terms and conditions require mutual written confirmation (from deutsche training by a managing director)
